The non-silicone thermal pad provide very good thermal conductivity up to 0.7W/mK. It can be die-cut to specific size and dimensions with thickness ranging from 0.5mm up to 4mm. It has an option with non-tacky surface or tacky surface on one or both sides of the pad/tape.
